2022 – present

ADDISION DUANE (she/her/hers) is a teacher and researcher with almost a decade of experience in trauma-informed practice. In her work, she partners with youth, families, educators, and communities to highlight the intersection of systemic inequities, trauma, and strengths of communities. As an elementary teacher, she earned her M.A. in Curriculum & and most recently went back to grad school to complete her Ph.D. in Educational Psychology where she studied how children and their families navigated experiences of school-based trauma.
