Harmony Frederick

HARMONY FREDERICK has 20 years of experience working with non-profit organizations as a volunteer manager, fundraiser and communications specialist. As a program manager, she has planned hundreds of special events, workshops, conferences and festivals, both internationally and domestically.
Harmony’s recent experience includes positions in alumni relations and development offices at institutions of higher education. She is an annual giving specialist, developing direct mail, telemarketing, email and crowdfunding appeals at the UCLA Anderson School of Management, USC Rossier School of Education and in her current role as director of alumni relations and annual giving at the USC Suzanne Dworak-Peck School of Social Work. With extensive experience in alumni relations, she has directed as many as 21 chapters that serve more than 100,000 alumni in the United States, recruiting and training board leadership for regional, affinity and corporate chapters at the USC Alumni Association and Seattle University. Recently, she established a career and professional development program for alumni at USC Suzanne Dworak-Peck, managing events and programs that encourage networking, mentoring and in-person and virtual opportunities to attend courses, events, film screenings, panels and presentations.
In 2013, Harmony received a master’s degree in communications management from the USC Annenberg School of Communication and Journalism, and has experience directing social media, email and other marketing and communications campaigns.
