Healing Our Nation: Where do we go from here? Webinar
January 24 @ 3:30 pm - 5:00 pm
A webinar on processing national trauma through collective healing.
As highlighted by recent political events, our nation has experienced unimaginable trauma. For the past four years, we as people and a nation have endured and survived as a country divided. With the change in national leadership, it is our time to heal, repair, and build a future together grounded in healing.
In this webinar, we will feature diverse voices who hold space for collective healing in our nation. Panelists will lead a conversation on how we can heal as a community and our journey of collective resilience. We will create space to process trauma, hold one another’s stories, and embody collective healing. While healing methods may not simply “fix” systemic racism, they allow for outlets to release trauma and enable us to persist in the fight to create racial healing for our society.
Dr. Patty Ramirez, Mutima Imani, Salina Villegas, Monique Noel, and Ramona Merchan (moderator).
This is a free event with a suggested donation of $15. Registrants will receive a follow-up email with logistical information.
