TILA offers macro-level internships for Master of Social Work (MSW) and undergraduate students seeking hands-on experience in advocacy and systemic change.

As a TILA intern, students build skills in advocacy and community engagement while exploring how storytelling can drive social change, elevate lived experiences, challenge discrimination, and advance inclusion.

Interns are expected to uphold professional standards, including abiding by IHRA’s definition of antisemitism as part of their ethical responsibilities.

All internships are fully remote and provide opportunities to collaborate with a dynamic network of stakeholders, including scholars, journalists, activists, interfaith leaders, educators, and leaders challenging division while advancing equity and fostering inclusive campus climates.
