Sarit supports women in treatment through group work and individual SE™ sessions and facilitates a regular Somatic Group for Jews. She endeavors to inspire flexibility in our hearts and in our thinking more than having flexibility in the body. She is excited to share hese healing practices with others.

Sarit’s lived experience with complex, pervasive trauma and antisemitism have been fertile ground for her to experience the profound benefits of Somatic Experiencing® and yoga

SE™ and a cellular connection to her Jewish roots have led Sarit to a deeper relationship with herself. It was through her writing where Sarit found the courage to speak the truth; it was on her mat where she earned how to safely climb back into her body; it was in relationship with her soma where she found embodiment. Combined, she found her wings and learned how to fly. It is with this always growing wisdom that Sarit aims to carry the healing forward.
