ASHLEY NELIK, LCSW, (she/her) is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with extensive experience in both community mental health and private practice. She currently serves as a Clinical Development Manager at a nonprofit organization supporting the unhoused community, where she oversees clinical supervision, facilitates professional trainings, and directs the internship program. With over eight years of experience working with children, teens, and families in community mental health, Ashley brings a deep commitment to supporting resilience and growth across diverse populations. In addition to her nonprofit work, she maintains a private practice where she provides therapy for teens, adults, and families. Ashley earned her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from California State University, Dominguez Hills, and her Master of Social Work (MSW) from the University of Southern California. Beyond her professional work, she is a proud mother of two daughters.
